Hi, I have located Lucretia Baggerly Parker in the 1850 census of Montgomery County, Texas on page 3.
Lucretia is age 52. She has a son with her, age 20, and listed as a farmer.
Samuel Baggerly was a brother to my Grandfather - Isaac Baggerly.
Their father was Charles Baggerly from Shenandoah County, VA.
John W Baggery's father, Samuel, was in the first U.S. infantry from 1801 through 1806. That's how to Fort Adams on the Miss. River. He came to Mississippi with the Army.
I would love to communicate with members of the Texas BAGGERLYS.

John, I have quite a few Baggerly's in my Ancestry files. Some of them were in Montgomery County and later in Milam County. But, I don't know any live descendants.
